Job Title: Software Engineer Advanced [MULTIPLE POSITIONS]

Rate of Pay: The salary range for this position in Milford, OH is $109,800 - $197,700 per year and this role may be eligible to earn incentive compensation. In addition, this position is eligible for time off in accordance with Company policies, including paid sick leave, paid parental leave, PTO (for non-exempt employees) or non-accrued flexible vacation (for exempt employees).
Duties: Design solutions and direct the team in developing solutions following Scrum Agile methodology. Deliver technical solution spanning product segments with focus on implementation of Capital Asset Lifecycle Management Solutions capabilities on Teamcenter platform - server and client configurations and customization. Collaborate with functional experts to understand technical requirements, create high- and low-level design documents, and develop execution plan. Work without supervision on highly complex projects with complete latitude for independent judgement, technical expertise and extensive knowledge of PLM solution areas. Act as technical lead for major projects within one or more area of a product and guide junior engineers. Perform SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) steps in project execution. Software programming using C, C++, Java, Teamcenter ITK (Integrated Tool Kit) and design of data model.
Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 36 months of experience in the job offered or in a Software Engineer-related occupation. Position requires experience in the following: Working with domains including Capital Asset Lifecycle Management; Working with Data model design, Server & Client implementation on Teamcenter platform for Activeworkspace; Integrating with Plant Data authoring applications and viewers to seamlessly support Capital Asset Management; Working with IDEs such as BMIDE, Visual Studio or Eclipse; Working with ReactJS, C/C++, Java, SOA, Cucumber, relational and non-relational databases as well as SCM like Perforce or Git.
