Rate of Pay: The salary range for this position in Plano, TX is $130,929.00 - $157,700.00 per year and this role may be eligible to earn incentive compensation. Duties: Responsible for shaping multiple system domains, business processes and data flows within Salesforce and the B2B Commerce application. Support existing systems, evaluate new requirements, identify solutions and guide projects that meet key business needs in relation to people, processes, governance, information and software. Plan, analyze and coordinate software automation of complex business processes for internal customers and external interfaces. Perform key role in Salesforce and B2B Commerce application specifications, package configuration, custom development, process/technical documentation, testing, training, and implementation. Interact with internal customers, QA team and development leads. Conduct critical user support, corrections, reporting, and enhancements, while also playing a key role on larger projects. Demonstrate advanced proficiency within a technical/business area. Operate under minimal supervision.
Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Information Technology, Technology Management or related field or related field and 60 months of experience in the job offered or in a Salesforce Administrator or Computer Engineer/Architect-related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept a Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Information Technology, Technology Management or related field or related field and 36 months of experience in the job offered or in a Salesforce Administrator or Computer Engineer/Architect-related occupation.
Position requires experience in the following:
1. Working on Salesforce Marketing, Sales, and Service Cloud
2. Working on Salesforce B2B Commerce and hands-on customization experience working on Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud or CloudCraze front-end/back-end
3. Working on Salesforce Portals, Communities and Storefront Buyer Experiences
4. Working with tools used for data backup and import/export purposes, such as OwnBackup, Workbench or Salesforce Data Loader
5. Performing application specification, package configuration, custom development, process/technical documentation, testing, training, and implementation
6. Scoping, planning, prioritizing, and preparing required activities in coordination with Project Managers, QA, Developers, and Business Product Owners
7. Working on deployments within the Salesforce environment with tools such as Copado, VisualStudio or Salesforce Changesets
8. Working with user story creation and tracking tools such as JIRA, Azure, Confluence or Polarion.
