Rate of Pay: The salary range for this position in Plano, TX is $82,100.00-147,800.00 per year and this role may be eligible to earn incentive compensation. Duties: Execute global digital media initiatives and communications, collaborating closely with local teams to ensure content resonance and localization meet regional preferences and needs. Handle the execution of advanced marketing automation and email marketing components within campaigns. Create and define audience segments through strategic collaboration based on demographics, behavior, lifecycle stage, persona, and other criteria ensuring compliance within data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM. Update optimization efforts for landing pages to ensure alignment with current best practices to maximize conversion rates, leveraging data-driven insights, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement. Conduct regular A/B testing, measurement, and optimization efforts to drive a high volume of inquiries while maintaining quality standards. Collaborate closely with cross-functional marketing teams to design and execute strategic campaigns aligned with business priorities. Utilize online project management and communication tools such as Wrike and Teams within an Agile environment to streamline workflows and enhance collaboration. Edit, optimize, and publish emails. Generate reports using data from various sources including Eloqua, Qlikview, and Google Analytics to address specific business inquiries and assess marketing campaign effectiveness. Optimize email content including subject lines, headlines, and calls to action in collaboration with derivative content writers to enhance engagement and drive conversions. Utilize best practices and data insights to refine email elements for maximum impact.
Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Marketing, Business, Business Administration, or related field and 36 months of experience in the job offered or in a Marketing Coordinator-related occupation. Alternatively, Employer will accept a Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Marketing, Business, Business Administration, or related field and 12 months of experience in the job offered or in a Marketing Coordinator-related occupation.
Position requires experience in the following:
1. B2B digital and outbound marketing
2. Working with UTMs (Urchin Tracking Modules) and funnel optimization
3. Utilizing marketing automation principles and practices
4. Utilizing audience segmentation
5. Applying business-to-business marketing tactics, techniques, and strategies
6. Working in marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua, Braze, Pardot, or Marketo
7. Working with HTML code
8. Working in multiple analytics platforms to review data and make data driven decisions for demand generation and program optimization.
