Job Title: Application Support Engineer – Senior [MULTIPLE POSITIONS]
Job Location: Plano, TX location and various unanticipated sites throughout the U.S.

Rate of Pay: The salary range for this position in Plano, TX is $153,171.00-157,700.00 per year and this role may be eligible to earn incentive compensation. Duties: Development of best practices, technical marketing collateral, and conference presentation material. Meeting with prospective customers of HEEDS to showcase value demonstration in messaging PPT’s and product demonstration. Working directly with prospective customers to realize the value of the HEEDS solution through evaluation of the software and/or proof-ofconcept demonstration. Corresponding solutions to problems faced by customers. Providing HEEDS training to customers and prospects for education on utilization of the technology. Responsible for growing user count, usage, and revenue at assigned accounts. Leading support for customers as primary point of contact. Identifying and owning areas of the product for enhancement. Email, web, phone correspondence to problems faced by partners.
Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field and 60 months of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field and 36 months of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
Position requires experience in the following:
1. Working with commercial Optimization (MDAO) tools such as HEEDS.
2. Working with commercial Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) tools.
3. Finite element analysis with LS-DYNA and ABAQUS.
4. Finite element pre/post-processor Altair HyperMesh/HyperView/HyperGraph.
5. Supporting CAE or MDAO applications for other users.
Telecommuting permissible pursuant company policy. 5% Domestic and International Travel Required. [Remote role]
