Responsibilities：
- Through data analysis and market research, understand industry trends and competitor situations, formulate and implement operational plans.
- Responsible for platform traffic, clicks, conversion rates, online transaction volumes, and other targets.
- Develop and implement market promotion plans through data analysis.
- Continuously track operational data, constantly adjust and optimize the direction of operational work.
- Regularly provide operational work reports and plans.
- Cooperate with procurement and sales teams through operational means to achieve the company's overall platform performance goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above with more than 5 years of experience in platform & B2B e-commerce operation experience is preferred.
- Familiar with the internet, e-commerce, and B2B platform business models.
- Rich experience in e-commerce operations and planning.
- Strong internal drive, excellent execution ability, and a commitment to pursuing and challenging goals.
- Excellent teamwork skills, adept at integrating internal and external resources.
- Reesults-oriented, focused on data and quantification, with experience in managing ROI.
