Responsibilities：

Through data analysis and market research, understand industry trends and competitor situations, formulate and implement operational plans.
Responsible for platform traffic, clicks, conversion rates, online transaction volumes, and other targets.
Develop and implement market promotion plans through data analysis.
Continuously track operational data, constantly adjust and optimize the direction of operational work.
Regularly provide operational work reports and plans.
Cooperate with procurement and sales teams through operational means to achieve the company's overall platform performance goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or above with more than 5 years of experience in platform & B2B e-commerce operation experience is preferred.
Familiar with the internet, e-commerce, and B2B platform business models.
Rich experience in e-commerce operations and planning.
Strong internal drive, excellent execution ability, and a commitment to pursuing and challenging goals.
Excellent teamwork skills, adept at integrating internal and external resources.
Reesults-oriented, focused on data and quantification, with experience in managing ROI.
