Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Program Manager to lead a high-impact initiative as we adopt and align our technology with the small and medium sized business segment. This role will involve navigating and directing multiple workstreams including Product, Pricing, Digital Channel, Marketing, Support, Sales Enablement, Distribution Relationship, Academia, and Disruptive Technology

Key Responsibilities:

Program Leadership: Lead and manage the overall program lifecycle from initiation to successful implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timelines.

 Workstream Management: Oversee and coordinate across various workstreams, ensuring all facets of the project are synchronized and progressing according to plan.

Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary liaison with Microchip and internal stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships to foster collaboration and alignment.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between internal teams such as product development, marketing, sales, and support to meet project goals.

Timeline Management: Manage aggressive timelines, identifying potential delays and implementing corrective measures to keep the project on track.

Expand Engagements: Take ownership of expanding the role to include similar strategic engagements with other partners, fostering robust business relationships.

Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with the project, applying best practices to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Extensive experience in program management, preferably in the technology or electronics industry.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology adoption and integration processes.
  • Proven ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders and aggressive timelines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and leading projects to successful completion.
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills.

The salary range for this position is $151,300 to $272,400 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.  Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees.
