STS Intern

Siemens Simulation & Test Solutions is a Graphical Pre-Processing of Finite Element Analysis with an emphasis on leveraging modern C++ techniques to produce fast and efficient solutions on todays and future computer architectures. We develop and deploy production application Simcenter 3D. Our main customers are Aerospace and Automotive.

  • Main objective is to develop/test new features in Simcenter 3D Pre-Processing, Siemens’ flagship CAE graphical software application.
  • You will be a part of a Scrum team of 5-6 member using AgileScrum framework for software development
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of C++ and Python languages
  • Visual Studio IDE experience 
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the Scrum team
  • Preferred Majors: Engineering or Computer Science


The hourly range for this position is $18.00 to $50.00. Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location, as well as degree type and relevant education. In addition, this position is eligible for time off in accordance with Company policies, including paid sick leave and paid volunteer time off.

You’ll Benefit From
 The hourly pay range for this position is 18-50 per hour for first time Interns or 18-50 per hour for returning Interns. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
 Additionally, interns for Siemens are eligible to contribute into our 401K program.
