Baseline Program Requirements:
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student at an accredited university
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship by the company
- Able to work in a hybrid environment (either in one of the following offices: Livonia, MI, Milford, OH, or Chicago, IL) on a part time basis (at least 20-25 hours per week) between August 25-December 5
- A minimum 3.0 GPA

Position Overview:
Are you looking for a fast-paced environment to learn about developing strategic content plans and executing on creative, customer-centric ideas?
We are seeking a motivated Derivative ContentMarketing Intern to assist in the strategic execution and creation of high-quality demand-generation content. Join a global team of skilled B2B digital content marketers to learn about developing compelling buyer journeys, creating content development strategies and facilitating efficient content production.
Creating and delivering compelling, relevant content is key to digital marketing. At Siemens Digital Industries Software, we believe in people-first marketing that empowers potential customers and meets them where they are.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brainstorm and execute on innovative content ideas, working across formats and delivery channels (e.g., email, social, web, ABM, etc.)
- Perform persona research to improve marketing messaging and performance
- Gain insight into how a large marketing organization efficiently and effectively generates a high volume of content
- Sharpen your copywriting skills across both long-form and short-form content both long-form and short-form content
- Analyze marketing activity performance data for trends and insights to direct future content decisions
- Develop & test AI use cases to produce demand generation content at scale with the assistance of AI tools while documenting processes that work for each use case use case
Requirements:
- Currently an undergraduate in Marketing or Business, with experience or knowledge in Engineering or Manufacturing principles a plus
- Strategic thinker and excellent analytical skills
- Strong, polished oral and written communication skills
- Technically proficient in Microsoft required, familiarity with CMS tools a plus (Wordpress, Contentful, etc.)
- Flexible, adaptable and proactive
- Proactive leader with a strong work ethic
- Sharp and tenacious trouble shooting skills
- Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, copy.ai, etc.
- Experience in prompt engineering & testing using AI tools
- Graphic design skills a plus
The hourly range for this position is $18.00 to $50.00. Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location, as well as degree type and relevant education.
