Rate of Pay: The salary range for this position in Wilsonville, OR is $158,309.00-$262,720.00 per year and this role may be eligible to earn incentive compensation. Duties: Being a subject matter expert in Computational Lithography, and serve as a technical authority on leveraging advanced physics-based modeling and simulation to address challenges in semiconductor manufacturing processes; Developing physics-based software prototype and application solutions with the Factory to solve challenges arising in computation lithography, advanced mask correction, and DTCO, based-on underlying physical principles governing semiconductor fabrication, using languages and tools of C/C++, python, tcl, Calibre DRC API and Calibre Litho API and Calibre DRC/OPC Platform; Delivering technical presentations, demonstrations, and training on Calibre OPC/MPC Platforms and explain the physics-based concepts behind these technologies to customers; and Driving the adoption, proliferation, and successful production deployment of Calibre products in the design to mask production.
Requirements: Employer will accept a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Applied Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field and 60 months of experience in the job offered or in a Sr. Applications Engineer Consultant-related occupation.
Position requires experience in the following:
1. Working in semiconductor industry.
2. Working with OPC/Computational-Lithography, advanced mask, or IC design tools.
3. Working with EDA Computation lithography tools.
4. Working in Linux/Unix environments.
5. Programming with Python, tcl, or C/C++.
6. Working with modeling and simulation for optics, electromagnetic waves, or photoresists.
Telecommuting is permissible from a commutable distance. [Hybrid role]
