We are looking for a new colleague to join us as Sales Executive in Portugal. In this role, you'll drive strategic growth while building important relationships with customers in your territory. You'll manage a portfolio of accounts, collaborate with internal teams to deliver proven solutions, and help organizations transform through our software. What does success look like when you've helped a customer achieve their business goals?
Responsibilities
* Manage account strategies for a portfolio of named accounts and prospects, determining clear goals aligned with territory revenue targets while identifying growth opportunities and reducing customer churn
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams across internal departments and partners to coordinate sales activities, move opportunities through the pipeline, and ensure alignment with broader business vision
* Discover and qualify opportunities by managing your own pipeline, running targeted campaigns, and building relationships with new customers to understand their challenges and identify solutions
* Translate customer needs into value by explaining our solutions in meaningful ways, engaging decision makers, and helping them navigate alternatives with confidence and transparency
* Build and nurture strategic relationships by mapping stakeholder landscapes, creating advocate networks within accounts, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive expansion
* Monitor progress and share insights by maintaining accurate pipeline data, forecasting opportunities, and participating in win/loss reviews to continuously improve our approach
Qualifications
* Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or Sales (or equivalent professional experience in relevant fields)
* Proven experience in software sales, particularly with SaaS solutions and subscription-based models in manufacturing or industrial software environments
* Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, with a track record of closing deals and building long-term customer partnerships
* Familiarity with product lifecycle management (PLM) or engineering software solutions
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences and influence decision makers at all levels
* Fluent in Portuguese and English, Spanish is an asset
* Self-directed and collaborative, comfortable with independent decision-making while working effectively within a matrixed organization
* Proficient with Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools, with the ability to maintain accurate records and produce substantial reports
