Job Title: Product Line Manager [MULTIPLE POSITIONS]
Job Location: Fremont, CA
Job Type: Full Time
Rate of Pay: The salary range for this position in Fremont, CA is $185,099.00 - $247,300.00 per year and this role may be eligible to earn incentive compensation. In addition, this position is eligible for time off in accordance with Company policies, including paid sick leave, paid parental leave, PTO (for non-exempt employees) or non-accrued flexible vacation (for exempt employees).
Duties: Work with sales and development teams to drive product requirements, prioritization, and software release plans based on business and customer needs. Understand vertical market trends. Develop long-term plans based on the emergence and adoption of evolving protocols. Present Veloce offerings at tradeshows, seminars, conferences, and other customer events. Present Veloce offerings to customer management and engineering teams. Develop customer-ready product collateral, website, and white papers. Develop and deliver product presentations/trainings on new features, marketing requirement documents, and product updates. Track customer progress and work with the business' customer service, sales, and application engineers to build customer relationships and ensure long-term customer satisfaction. Work closely with the Veloce sales team to expand Veloce usage and business. Work closely with other Veloce product managers to align on roadmaps and requirements. Track and manage customer-based product enhancement requests with engineering and customer sales teams.
Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field and 60 months of experience in the job offered or in a Product Engineer-related occupation.
Position requires experience in the following:
1. Working with interconnect protocols PCIe and CXL
2. Working with financial profit/loss and margin calculations
3. Utilizing COGS(cost of goods sold), pricing, and packaging
4. Utilizing Jira and Confluence tools for product management, setting priorities, and documenting progress.
Telecommuting and/or working from home permitted pursuant to company policy. 25% Domestic and International Travel Required. [Hybrid role]
