About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our Data & AI-powered Agentic Workflow and RAG Services initiative. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Product Management (minimum 6 years in pure Product Management role, NOT project or program management), be an excellent communicator, understanding of market & basic business perspectives, smart in stakeholder management skills . He/She is expected to have prior experience of working with Data & AI/ML products, enterprise software, and cloud services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute product strategy for AI-powered workflow automation services.
• Create and maintain product roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Work closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Drive product decisions through data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.

Required Skills:

• 12+ years of total experience.
• 6+ years of product management experience.
• Experience with AI/ML products, preferably in workflow automation.
• Strong understanding of cloud services (AWS).
• Strong understanding of Data storage and access services.
• Experience with enterprise software development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of LLMs and RAG architectures.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Added value skills: Experience with Amazon Bedrock, knowledge of Kubernetes and microservices architecture, familiarity with LangChain/LangGraph, MBA in addition to a technical degree in Computer Science or a related field.
