Position Overview

Customer Success Manager to work with our customers to drive business value through the use of our cloud platforms.  In this role you will play a key role in ensuring successful communication between the Partner deployment team, Siemens Services, and the customer. You will play a crucial role in engaging with customers to provide our best practices to quickly realize the value of our solutions. 5+ years of Customer Success Management, consulting or sales experience working with enterprise customers. The candidate for this position will report directly to the Director of Partner Enablement.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned strategic partners and customers
  • Guide customers through the deployment, integration, and optimization of cloud PLM solutions
  • Develop and maintain technical relationships with key stakeholders at partner and customer organizations
  • Work closely with Customer Success team to monitor adoption and deployment
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Support, Product Management, Cloud Application Services) to resolve technical challenges.
  • Work directly with Partner services teams to provide leadership, minimize risk, and safeguard project success.
  • Provide regular status updates and technical reviews to stakeholders
  • Assist in driving customer adoption and ensuring maximum platform value realization
  • Create best practice and standard operating procedure documentation to ensure repeatable successful deployment post sale
  • Develop and deliver technical enablement around best practices and processes.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
  • 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles
  • Strong understanding of PLM concepts, processes, and industry best practices
  • Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Proven track record of managing complex technical relationships
  • Excellence in technical problem-solving and solution architecture
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts to various audience levels
  • 25-50% travel

  • Experience with Teamcenter, NX, or other Siemens Digital Industries Software Solutions
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and product development lifecycle

The pay range for this position is $106,100 - $212,200 annually with a target incentive of 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
