We are seeking a collaborative Customer Advocacy Specialist to oversee the ongoing management of our newly developed Industry app. This critical role will serve as the bridge between Sales, Industry teams, and Customer Advocacy to ensure we are effectively identifying industry penetration opportunities while fueling the pipeline of high-potential customer advocates.
This individual will be responsible for managing the app, driving adoption across stakeholder groups, and leveraging insights to support go-to-market strategies. In addition, the role will support the customer win process and identify innovative customers for engagement in advocacy initiatives such as success stories, speaking engagements, and product showcases.
As the Global Customer Advocacy Operations Specialist, you will:
* Serve as the primary manager of the Industry app, ensuring data integrity, usability, and ongoing enhancements.
* Drive adoption and usage of the app across Sales and Marketing teams through training, support and consistent engagement.
* Analyze app data to provide actionable insights on market saturation and whitespace opportunities.
* Collaborate with the Customer Advocacy team to ensure seamless integration of industry insights into advocacy planning.
* Identify and help nurture customers into existing advocacy initiatives, such as success stories, speaking opportunities, and reference programs.
* Build and maintain a pipeline of high-value customer advocates aligned with key industries and growth areas.
You will collaborate with:

* Partner marketing
* Marketing operations
* Product marketing
* Direct sales
* Partner sales
* Vendors
You are:
* A college graduate with a bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
* A strong project manager with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills; experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams.
* Interested in analyzing data to drive performance improvements
* Able to work effectively in matrixed organizations
* Process oriented with the ability to analyze inputs, research options, determine scope, recommend solutions, execute, and measure project success
* Adept at using project management and communication tools like Jira, Wrike, and Microsoft Teams
* Comfortable working in an Agile environment
