This person will provide project and systems knowledge leadership within the PRM team and represent externally on ERP and related projects. The successful candidate will also be responsible for the team's system knowledge both present and future. The person will also be responsible for people development. It will also be a requirement to document processes and ensure that team members are familiarized with project demands and milestones. This person will with their direct manager review training needs within the organization. This position has no direct reports or people management responsibility.
The role will require the person to work with the Global Siemens organization as a valued member representing PRM.
Responsibilities:
* Represent the team on a number of initiatives, collaborating positively with a significant number of cross functional/Global
* Develop proposals & make sound recommendations based on expertise & drive decisions/corrective actions to satisfy business requirements
* They must be comfortable in creating good visual PowerPoint presentations with the ability to create flow charts and diagrams and have the ability to manage tasks within the project
Requirements:
* 2+ years experience working in a process development, project or relevant operational role desirable
* Strong digital literacy a pre-requisite (Outlook/Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
* Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation & documentation skills
* Team oriented individual with a 'Can Do' attitude and a proven record of adaptability/flexibility
* Proven ability to multi-task efficiently, prioritizing & executing tasks while adapting to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
* Strong Self motivator with an eye towards continuous improvement
* Strong interpersonal & management skills, able to confidently represent the team at a variety of levels
