We're hiring a UX Researcher to join the Simulation and Test segment of Siemens Digital Industries Software. You’ll engage in the full UX research process—from generative research and user requirement gathering to providing insights that guide design solutions and support implementation. You excel at coordinating research efforts across multi-disciplinary teams and effectively communicating findings to diverse audiences, including engineers, management, and customers.

You'll make a difference by:

Leveraging user research insights to inform and guide the UX design team direction
Presenting research findings and recommendations to diverse audiences, including engineers, management, and senior decision-makers.
Facilitating cross-disciplinary workshops, fostering co-design and utilizing design-thinking methodologies.
Strong communication skills are essential in this role, advocating for and presenting user needs while promoting collaboration across global, multi-disciplinary teams.
Utilising your communication and teamwork skills to drive impact, influence change, and build strong relationships with multi-cultural, dispersed design, business, and technical teams.

Your success is grounded in:

Conducting UX research and delivering insights to inform design solutions. Experience in the industrial (PLM/CAD/CAE) software space is a plus.
Proficient in a range of UX research methods, including user interviews, usability testing, surveys, with experience creating personas, journey maps, and other artifacts to inform evidence-based design.
Communicating and presenting research findings, business recommendations, and user insights to senior decision-makers.
Facilitating cross-disciplinary workshops within a design-thinking process.
Working in an agile development environment, collaborating closely with designers and product teams.
Proficient in research tools and basic Figma understanding
Ability to deliver research insights for projects of large scope and complexity.
